Gateshead will face a strong Huddersfield Town side on Saturday 11th July in their first pre-season match.
The Tynesiders will be without Steven Baptist and Stephane Pelonde through injury, although the rest of the squad are ready.
Huddersfield Town will include Lee Novak, the goalscoring sensation at Gateshead last season, in a squad which should include most of their first team.
Gateshead will field several trialists including Michael Brown who was with Airdrie last season, and former Darlington, Cambridge and York City midfielder Mark Convery.
There is also the possibility of forwards Paul Connor and Trevor Benjamin making an appearance, while Phil Cave could play following his release from Livingston.
Cave was on loan from Livingston last season, having joined them from Gateshead last summer.
The Gateshead squad to face Huddersfield Town:
Provett, Farman, Baxter, Robinson, Curtis, Swailes, Jones, Brittain, Harwood, Gate, Turnbull, Francis, Phillips, Armstrong, Richardson.
Possible trialists: Convery, Brown, Cave, Connor, Benjamin.
